🛍️ Orders & Shipping

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders ship from our studio in Parañaque, Philippines.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. 🌎 For USA orders, see our updated Shipping Policy regarding the new tariffs and shipping fees.

Q: What are your international shipping options (except USA)?
A:

  • Ordinary Mail – Super affordable but untracked. Best for FLAT paper goods (sticker sheets, packs, bookmarks, etc.) up to 250g. Shipping time is 2–4 weeks.

  • Registered Mail – Tracked, slightly higher fee, and faster. Ships in 1–2 weeks (3 weeks at most).

🚨 Note: If your order includes bulkier items (tote bags, mugs, button pins, etc.), your order will automatically be sent via registered mail, even if it’s under 250g.

📦 Processing & Delivery

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Since our items are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos for resolution.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and local payment methods (for Philippine customers).

Q: Are you open for custom orders?
A: Yes! We love helping startups create a high-quality line of stickers, stationery, and lifestyle goods like ours. 💌
We currently accept custom production if the designs are already available — just email us at paletteprintsstudio@gmail.com to inquire.

We’ve been taking orders privately, but we’re excited to launch this service publicly soon! Watch out for official announcements on our social media pages.

Q: Are you open for commissions?
A: At the moment, we are not open for commissions due to our busy production schedule. However, if your request is for a special occasion and scheduled well in advance, feel free to email us at paperaicashop@gmail.com to discuss the details.

Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: We used to offer wholesale but had to close it temporarily due to limited manpower. Though, we’re open for private inquiries! We’re happy to take on select bulk orders to help you grow your business. 💛 You can email us at paperaicawholesale@gmail.com . Our official wholesale website is in the works and expected to launch in 2026!
