🍂 Oakville Post Mail Club (International) - OCTOBER MAIL

🍂 OAKVILLE POST MAIL CLUB 📮 / INTERNATIONAL & USA

A monthly storybook-inspired snail mail for old souls, fragile hearts, and anyone who feels a little too much sometimes.

Welcome to Oakville. 🌳

A village where stories, changing seasons, and handwritten mail find their way to your mailbox.

Each month, Maica, the village's postkeeper, prepares a new mail for you. Inside, you'll find cozy stationery goods and a reflection prompt letter from Maica and a blank stationery page if you'd like to write about your own season of life. I hope each mail gives you a reason to pause, reflect, and enjoy a slower moment in your month. 🤎

Life can get overwhelming, and I wanted to create something that feels comforting through art, like opening a page from a children's storybook and remembering a time when everything felt simpler.

Every mail is inspired by cozy villages, changing seasons, comforting characters, and the beauty found in everyday life. 🍂

I chose the name Oakville because oak trees grow slowly, develop deep roots, and continue standing through every season. It's a reminder that growth doesn't have to be rushed, and that even during lonely seasons, we can continue putting down roots and find beauty where we are. 🌳

🍂 Every monthly mail includes:

⭐ (1) 5x7 Old Mill Paper Art Print
⭐ (1) Decorative Sticker Sheet
⭐ (2) Vinyl Die-Cut Stickers
⭐ (1) Bookmark

⭐ NEW bonus: 15% off shop voucher ticket

Sometimes there will even be little surprises tucked inside your envelope, like shop vouchers or extra goodies. 🍄

✨ The first 50 members each month will receive an exclusive Founder's Club Sticker, while the first 100 members will also receive an exclusive UV Permanent Sticker that will never be reproduced or sold separately.

📮 How It Works (International)

PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

✦ One-Time Purchase — For now, Oakville is available as a one-time purchase while we continue looking for the best payment provider for recurring subscriptions.

✦ Choose your delivery destination and plan:
🌍 Worldwide (except USA) | TRACKED via PHLPost — 1 Month or 3 Months
🇺🇸 United States — Express Forwarder + USPS Shipping — 1 Month or 3 Months

NOTICE: We have completely removed the untracked PHLPost option since we've been dealing with a lot of delayed parcels during our first 2 months. We hope for your kind understanding as we work towards making the mailing experience smoother and more reliable for everyone. 🙏🏻🤎

For our USA friends, USPS shipping is also untracked, but we have more confidence in it arriving safely and much earlier. Most of the delays we've experienced have been on the PHLPost side, which is why we've completely removed PHLPost as a shipping option for the USA and are now sending through an express forwarder + USPS instead. 🥹🤎

✦ 3-Month options are currently available under our launch terms and come with a 10%+ discount, so you don't have to place a new order every month. 🍂 These options may change in the future as we continue to work out our long-term subscription setup.

✦ Founder's Club Freebies: The exclusive Founder's Club Sticker is available to the first 50 members each month, while the first 100 members will also receive an exclusive UV Permanent Sticker. 🍂✨

If you're among the first 50 or first 100 and purchase the 3-Month option, your respective freebie eligibility is secured for all three months included in your order.

If you purchase the 1-Month option, your eligibility only applies to the month you purchased and does not automatically secure a spot for the following months.

✦ Shipping is already included in the price. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout. 🤎

✦ Oakville mails are shipped on the last day of every month. 📮

✦ The next month's mail is revealed during the first week of each month. 🍂

✦ Membership sign-ups close on the 28th of every month.

✦ If you subscribe after the 28th, your first mail will automatically begin with the following month's release.

🎁 Ordering additional Paperaica goodies together with your monthly mail? We'll include 3 Premium Sticker Sheets as a thank-you gift to help make the most of your shipment.

✦ Need to update your address, cancel your 3-month order, or have any questions? We'd love to help at paperaicashop@gmail.com. 🤎

Oakville is about staying rooted, wherever you are in life.

I hope these monthly mails become something you look forward to, an envelope filled with stories, art, and reminders that someone else has walked through similar seasons too.

See you in Oakville. 🤎
